When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow three to four business days for your order to be processed and an additional business day for it to be shipped. Also note, if you place an order on a Friday and/or Saturday, your order will not be hand-poured and shipped until the next upcoming business day to ensure prompt delivery time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping time is based on Canada Post; please note, the postal service is still affected by COVID-19 and arrival times cannot be guaranteed at the moment. We thank you for your patience as your order makes it's way to you!

How is my order shipping?

We use Canada Post for all of the shipping options; the charges of your order include shipping and handling costs. We would like to remind customers that we are a small business therefore the cost of shipping is non-negotiable; we have found these options to be the most cost effective for you. When purchasing an item from White Dahlia Candle Co, the buyer accepts responsibility for any charges imposed on said purchase at the time of delivery. White Dahlia Candle Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We do not accept cancellations, changes, or exchanges to any order submitted. However, we do understand special circumstances can arise so to submit a cancellation request, please email whitedahliacandles@gmail.com or DM @whitedahliacandleco on Instagram including your name and order number. Once your order has shipped, there is absolutely no exceptions.

Do you offer wholesale?

No, we do not!

My item arrived damaged. What next?

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Canada Post to file a claim and remember to save the damaged product.
